The training session was extremely worthwhile and Sharon was an exceptionally knowledgeable trainer. Sharon prepared a day of bespoke 1:1 training, which covered all aspects of admissions, from Policies to Appeals and everything in between. Sharon was able to offer advice on areas where improvements could be made to our existing documents and also made recommendations on other documents that we could produce, to ensure that the whole admissions process is as open and transparent as possible.
